Welcome to Northern Arizona Real Estate Institute. My name is Faye Humphrey, and I am the co-owner, administrator and Instructor. If you have attended any of my classes in the past, welcome back. I have been a real estate instructor and have taught throughout the State of Arizona for a very long time because teaching, training and coaching is my passion. As you likely know, I am married and we reside with three rescue dogs on our little ranch. I love coffee and the AAR Residential Purchase Contract…….any of my students or agents, would say that my first question to them would be “what does your contract say?”
